AI-Generated Music Surpasses 50% of Daily Uploads on Deezer

Deezer reported on July 21, 2026 that AI-generated tracks now exceed half of all daily uploads, up from 10% in January 2025. AI uploads peaked at 90,000 tracks per day in June. CEO Alexis Lanternier said the platform is removing unstreamed or fraudulent AI content to safeguard artists and songwriters.
