Music Made by AI Now Makes Up Over Half of What People Upload to Deezer

On July 21, 2026, the music service Deezer said songs created by artificial intelligence now make up more than half of everything uploaded each day, up from 10% in January 2025. AI uploads hit 90,000 songs per day in June. CEO Alexis Lanternier said Deezer is removing fake or unplayed AI tracks to protect real artists.
