Tom Phillips inquiry report delivered to Government, but Family Court rulings excluded from scope

The Government has received Justice Simon Moore KC's final report on the Tom Phillips case. It examined whether agencies took all practicable steps to protect Phillips' children, but its terms excluded Family Court decisions and no public hearings were held. Attorney-General Chris Bishop aims to release a redacted version by mid-August. The report was due 21 July.
