Tom Phillips inquiry report handed to Government — but some questions left unanswered

The Government has the final report on how agencies handled the Tom Phillips case. The inquiry looked at whether officials did everything they could to protect Phillips' children, but was not allowed to question Family Court decisions and held no public hearings. Attorney-General Chris Bishop wants to release a censored version by mid-August. The report was due 21 July.
