Judge to hear Disney request to block fast FCC review of ABC stations

U.S. District Judge Loren L. AliKhan in Washington, D.C., will hear arguments Oct. 6 on Disney and ABC's request to stop the FCC from fast-tracking license reviews of ABC-owned stations. AliKhan ordered the agency to pause the reviews until the hearing. The FCC said the case should be heard in a federal appeals court.
