Judge to hear Disney bid to block early FCC review of ABC stations

U.S. District Judge Loren L. AliKhan in Washington, D.C., is scheduled to hear arguments Oct. 6 on Disney and ABC's request to block the FCC from speeding up license reviews for ABC-owned stations. AliKhan ordered the agency to pause the review until the hearing. The FCC said the challenge belongs in a federal appeals court.
