Thousands of Asos customers received an app notification titled 'Asos hacked' on 6 October 2026. It claimed hackers had 'fully compromised the Snowflake instance' — its cloud database — and linked to Telegram. Asos said it was still investigating whether a hack occurred. Its website and app continued operating.
