Judge to hear Disney case over ABC TV licenses

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., Loren L. AliKhan, will hear arguments Oct. 6 on Disney and ABC's request to stop the FCC, the agency that licenses TV stations, from speeding up reviews of ABC stations. AliKhan ordered the agency to wait until the hearing. The FCC said the dispute belongs in a federal appeals court.
