
Liechtenstein Parliament Approves Abortion Legalisation by One Vote
Liechtenstein's 25-seat parliament voted 13–12 to legalise abortion in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy — a first for the legislature. Currently, abortion is allowed only to save a woman's life or after rape. Hereditary Prince Alois says he will veto the bill, a power 76% of voters chose to keep.
