Liechtenstein Lawmakers Vote to Allow Abortion by a Single Vote

Liechtenstein's lawmakers voted 13–12 to allow abortion in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy — the first time they've approved such a law. Right now, abortion is only legal to save a woman's life or after rape. Prince Alois says he will block the law, a power most voters want him to keep.
