Perrottet's 'money train' text surfaces at ICAC hearing

ICAC heard a February 2020 message from Charles Perrottet — brother of former NSW premier Dominic Perrottet — calling a rival Liberal faction's $50,000 monthly retainer scheme "the money train" for bypassing developer donation laws. Counsel assisting Peggy Dwyer SC suggested he wanted to copy it for his own faction. Perrottet denied this.
