'Money train' text revealed at NSW corruption watchdog

NSW's anti-corruption body heard a 2020 message from Charles Perrottet — brother of former premier Dominic — calling a rival group's $50,000 monthly payment plan "the money train" to dodge a ban on developer donations. The lawyer running the hearing suggested he wanted the same setup for his own side. Perrottet denied this.
