Google Maps shows Lake America for US users after executive order

Google Maps now labels Lake Ontario as Lake America for US users, following President Trump's August 27 executive order. Canadian users still see Lake Ontario; international users see both names. Google said it defers to official government sources. Apple Maps has not updated. The renaming has escalated Trump's trade war with Canada.
