The National Gallery is loaning Jackson Pollock's Blue Poles — insured above $500 million — to the Art Gallery of WA for six months from April 2027. It's the painting's first loan in over 20 years and its WA debut. Director Nick Mitzevich won't discuss transport, citing security.
