Stealth AI assistant Instinct, from Spear Street Technology and former Sierra scientist Noah Shinn, grants itself a "perpetual and irrevocable" license to use screen captures, keystrokes, and audio for model training. Its terms also allow entering binding agreements on users' behalf. The product remains in private testing.
