Stealth-mode AI assistant Instinct, operated by Spear Street Technology and created by former Sierra scientist Noah Shinn, grants itself a "perpetual and irrevocable" license to use user materials — including screen captures, keystrokes, and audio — for model training. Its terms also permit entering binding agreements on users' behalf. The product remains in private testing.
