Hidden AI assistant Instinct claims permanent rights to everything you type, see, and say

Instinct, a new AI assistant from Spear Street Technology and former Sierra scientist Noah Shinn, gives itself permanent rights to use your screen images, typing, and audio recordings to improve its software. Its rules also let it make binding agreements for you. The product is still being tested privately.
