Berry Street and Khosla Ventures-backed Healthify merged on August 24, 2026. Berry Street adds 2,000-plus clinics and insurance-covered GLP-1 care; Healthify brings an AI coaching app serving 45 million users and a Novo Nordisk partnership. Co-founders Noah Kotlove and Tushar Vashisht will serve as co-CEOs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
