Berry Street and Healthify Join Forces, Combining Weight-Loss Clinics With an AI Health App

Berry Street and Healthify, backed by Khosla Ventures, merged on August 24, 2026. Berry Street runs over 2,000 clinics offering insurance-covered weight-loss drugs called GLP-1s. Healthify brings an AI-powered health coaching app with 45 million users and an existing partnership with Novo Nordisk. Founders Noah Kotlove and Tushar Vashisht will lead as co-CEOs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
