Berry Street Merges With India's Healthify, Combining U.S. GLP-1 Clinical Network With AI Coaching at 45M-User Scale

Berry Street and Khosla Ventures-backed Healthify announced a merger on August 24, 2026. Berry Street contributes 2,000-plus clinics and insurance-covered GLP-1 care; Healthify brings an AI coaching app serving 45 million customers and an existing Novo Nordisk partnership. Founders Noah Kotlove and Tushar Vashisht will serve as co-CEOs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
