Incendiary Attack Targets Supercars at Birmingham Wedding Venue

Three incendiary devices — homemade firebombs designed to ignite on impact — were thrown at the entrance of the Royal Shalimar in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, around 8:30pm on 20 August. A Lamborghini and a McLaren caught fire. Guests fled; no injuries were reported. Three men in black left in a white Volkswagen Golf. West Midlands Police are reviewing CCTV and witness statements but have not disclosed a motive.
