Firebombs Set Luxury Cars on Fire Outside Birmingham Wedding

On 20 August, someone threw three homemade firebombs at the entrance of the Royal Shalimar, a wedding venue in Birmingham. A Lamborghini and a McLaren — two very expensive sports cars — caught fire. Guests ran outside; no one was hurt. Three men dressed in black drove off in a white Volkswagen Golf. Police are checking security cameras and asking witnesses for information, but have not said why it happened.
