Firebombs Set Supercars Alight Outside Birmingham Wedding Venue

Three incendiary devices were thrown at the entrance of the Royal Shalimar in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, at approximately 8:30pm on 20 August, setting a Lamborghini and a McLaren alight and forcing guests to flee. Three men dressed in black left in a white Volkswagen Golf. No injuries were reported. West Midlands Police are reviewing CCTV and witness statements but have not disclosed a motive.
