Framework Ships Laptop 12 with Fedora Linux as Default OS

Framework now ships its refreshed Laptop 12 with Fedora Linux pre-installed as the default operating system, after data showed over 80 percent of original buyers ran Linux. Windows 11 remains available as a $100 upgrade. Pre-built Linux configurations start at $699; a DIY edition starts at $549. Shipments begin in October.
