
BHP sexual harassment reports reach highest level since 2023
BHP's latest annual report confirms 113 sexual harassment cases — up from 102 and the highest since 2023. Most involved indecent touching, stalking, grooming, or aggressive comments; 109 workers resigned or were dismissed. Another 104 reports went uninvestigated. Three class actions against BHP, Rio Tinto, and Fortescue remain before Australian courts.
