BHP reports highest sexual harassment cases since 2023

BHP, a major mining company, confirmed 113 sexual harassment cases this year — the most since 2023. The cases involved unwanted touching, stalking, and aggressive comments. 109 workers lost or left their jobs. Another 104 complaints were never investigated. Three large lawsuits against BHP and two other miners are still moving through Australian courts.
