Luxon survives second leadership challenge, won't disclose vote count

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon survived his second confidence vote in four months. A confidence vote is when MPs vote on whether to keep their leader. Luxon told RNZ he did not know the count and would not release it. Chris Penk, who led the failed challenge, lost his defence portfolios, quit, and will not seek re-election. Luxon said the issue was "resolved."
