Rivian Launches R2 Deliveries, Updates R1 Lineup for 2027

Rivian began R2 customer deliveries on June 9, 2026. The mid-size electric SUV starts at $44,990, with the 275-mile Standard trim at $53,990. The R1 line gains 2027 updates: captain's chairs on the R1S, new trim names (Premium, Performance, Quad), and a Max battery option on base models.
