Bill to protect overdose callers could save up to 29 lives a year

Drug checking group Know Your Stuff told MPs a proposed law could save 18 to 29 lives a year. Green MP Kahurangi Carter's bill would stop police charging people who ring an ambulance when someone overdoses, so people are not too scared to call for help.
