US taxes on New Zealand goods to rise to 12.5%, minister says

Trade Minister Todd McClay says the US will likely raise its tax on New Zealand goods to 12.5 percent this week. A court had cut the original 15 percent charge to 10 percent on a temporary basis. That break now ends. McClay called 12.5 percent "still unhelpful" for exporters, though lower than before.
