Judge hears 'nothing' from Postal Service on mail-in voting plan as first ballots head out

A federal judge in Boston said the U.S. Postal Service gave "nothing" back on its plan for handling mailed-in ballots for the upcoming midterm elections. Midterms are the congressional votes held every four years between presidential races. North Carolina was about to become the first state to send ballots to voters.
