One missing Australian found safe after Nepal floods; 38 still not reached

Cara Severino, 25, called her family on August 28 from Gosainkunda, two days after sudden floods near the China-Nepal border killed at least 469 people and left over 1,500 missing. Her phone battery had died and the area had no signal. She is the first of 39 missing Australians found safe; 38 are still not reached.
