US and UK may disagree on whether Palestine Action is a terrorist group

The US declared UK-based group Palestine Action a terrorist organisation on 26 August 2026, freezing any money it holds in America and banning people there from working with it. Britain had already banned the group in July 2025. Its co-founder Huda Ammori challenges that ban in the UK Supreme Court in November. If she wins, the two allies would disagree on the group's status.
