US terrorist listing for Palestine Action precedes UK Supreme Court review of its ban

The US designated UK-based Palestine Action as a global terrorist on 26 August 2026, freezing its US assets and barring American dealings. The UK proscribed the group in July 2025; co-founder Huda Ammori's legal challenge reaches the UK Supreme Court in November. If the court overturns the UK ban, Washington and London would diverge on the same organisation's status.
