Albanian 'Escape Wizard' Caught in Spain After Breaking Out of Four Prisons

Spanish police caught Albanian criminal Toma Taulant in Tarragona on August 22, ending an eight-month search. Known as the "escape wizard," he had broken out of four jails across Italy and Belgium since 2009 — sawing through metal bars, climbing down tied-together bedsheets, and stacking people to get over walls. He was locked up for robbery, theft, and selling drugs.
