Albanian 'Escape Wizard' Arrested in Spain After Fourth Prison Break

Spanish police arrested Albanian fugitive Toma Taulant in Tarragona on August 22, ending an eight-month manhunt. Known as the "mago della fuga," he had broken out of four jails across Italy and Belgium since 2009 — sawing through bars, climbing down knotted sheets, and using a human pyramid to breach walls. He was serving a sentence for robbery, theft, and drug dealing.
