Minister says there is 'a rot' in immigration ministry but backs its boss to fix it

Immigration Minister Erica Stanford says there is "a rot" inside the government ministry that handles immigration, but she trusts its boss, Nic Blakeley, to fix it. MPs found Blakeley guilty of misleading Parliament about a costly IT project.
