Supreme Court partly allows Trump's mail-in voting limits

The Supreme Court voted 6-3, splitting along party lines, to let part of Trump's mail-in voting limits take effect. His order would build a federal list of eligible voters and punish election officials who mail ballots to anyone not on it. A separate court order still blocks the policy nationwide. The justices did not decide whether a president can overrule states on elections.
