Amazon Raises Prices on Echo Speakers, Kindle, Fire TV, and Eero Routers by Up to 60 Percent

Amazon raised prices on 16 products starting August 22, 2026. The Echo Dot speaker climbed from $49.99 to $79.99 — a 60 percent increase and the largest of the group. Amazon blamed higher costs for the memory chips and storage parts inside its devices.
