Prince's Son Gets Inheritance Rights, but No Prince Title or Throne

Belgium's Prince Laurent now has a legally recognized son: Clément Vandenkerckhove, 25. This means Clément can inherit a share of Laurent's personal wealth, just like any other child. But he can't call himself a prince — the king and government would need to approve that separately. And he can't ever become king himself.
