National MP says own government's donation tax rule makes no sense

National MP Greg Fleming says his government's $100,000 limit on tax breaks for charitable donations is a "sledgehammer to crack a walnut" with "zero" logic. He told a Wellington charity meeting that work was underway to "fix" it. Revenue Minister Simon Watts said the government's position had not changed since the Budget.
