National MP breaks ranks, says government donation tax credit cap has 'zero' logic

National MP Greg Fleming has called his own government's $100,000 donation tax credit cap a "sledgehammer to crack a walnut" with "zero" logic. He told a Wellington charity hui that work was underway to "fix" the cap. Revenue Minister Simon Watts contradicted him, saying the government's position had not changed since the Budget.
