Drone makers say rule changes for crop-spraying drones came too fast

People in the aviation industry say the government moved too fast in dropping safety checks for drones that spray crops. Those drones can weigh over 100kg and fly faster than 70km/h. Overseas, one reportedly killed a motorcyclist in China last year. Industry representative Simon Wallace said the group had spent months working with the government on safer rule changes.
