Jobs for Recent Grads in AI-Affected Fields Drop 13% Since 2022

A Stanford study, cited by Cleveland.com on August 17, 2026, found employment for U.S. workers ages 22–25 in jobs most vulnerable to AI fell 13% since 2022. Think of tasks a computer program could learn to do. It's among the first hard numbers showing AI may be pushing out recent college graduates. Researchers don't yet know if older workers are affected or if companies are swapping junior hires for AI tools.
