Hundreds of Research Papers Flagged for Ethics Violations at a French Institute
A formal review found serious ethics problems in 853 research papers spanning 30 years at Didier Raoult's institute in Marseille. Raoult co-authored 758. The institute reused safety permits meant for single studies across multiple ones, breaking French and European law. Like getting one hall pass and using it for every event. Prosecutors have already opened a criminal case.
