Police Minister won't share details of briefing involving senior officer

Police Minister Mark Mitchell has refused to release details of a sensitive briefing attended by senior officer Rakesh Naidoo. Mitchell used a law that lets the government keep information secret if releasing it could harm police work or court cases. He says he had concerns before Naidoo said he might stand for Labour. A police review is under way.
