Eurovision: Countries at War Can No Longer Host the Song Contest

Starting in 2027 in Bulgaria, Eurovision winners whose countries are at war or caught in a political crisis cannot host the event. An independent security panel will decide tough cases. If a winner is ruled out, another broadcaster steps in. The rule mirrors what happened in 2023, when Ukraine won but the contest moved to Liverpool.
