Hampshire Police Under Urgent Independent Inspection Over Handcuffed Stabbing Victim

Hampshire's Police and Crime Commissioner has commissioned an urgent independent inspection after video emerged showing officers handcuffing 18-year-old Henry Nowak while he died from stab wounds in December 2025.
