DJI Launches Cargo Drone, Aligns U.S. Geofencing With FAA Data

DJI announced the FlyCart 30 industrial delivery drone on January 10, capable of carrying 30–40 kilograms over 28 kilometers. Three days later, the company updated its geofencing system across U.S. drones to use official FAA datasets instead of proprietary no-fly zones. The moves signal DJI's effort to strengthen commercial positioning in U.S. markets by addressing operational friction for enterprise customers and adopting regulatory alignment with aviation authorities.
