Jerusalem court acquits nun's attacker on psychosis grounds, orders psychiatric commitment
A Jerusalem court acquitted Yona Schreiber, 36, of religiously motivated assault after a district psychiatrist found he was in a psychotic state during the April attack on a French nun near Mount Zion. The prosecution accepted the finding. Schreiber pushed and kicked the researcher, who struck her head on stone. Judge Ofir Tishler ordered up to six years of psychiatric hospitalization.
